The after photo, with the patient’s spouse in view, demonstrates with some perspective the very large size gain the patient has achieved. Over 3 inches of girth was achieved, with some erect length gain as well. The patient has met and exceeded all of his goals and plans on no future procedures. Note that the patient achieved an erect length gain of 1 inch just with permanent filler treatments — this is not common but may occur.
