LEEP Sleeve Penile Shaft Flaccid Lengthening

Typically a Permanent Penile Shaft Flaccid Length increase, from 2 to 6 inches or more, is achievable and possibly up to and beyond the current Penile Erect Length; however, to go beyond and increase the current Erect Length using a Sleeve, the Penile Shaft must demonstrate a good amount of ‘stretch’ when pulled in the Flaccid state.
